NIRVANA has also established itself in the area of restauration by the quality and taste of their cuisine service. NIRVANA is part of the organization “Destination Paradise” that orients tourist services and destinations in the Palmira - Buga area.

 

The traditional chicken stew of the Valle del Cauca, prepared using free-range and hand fed birds of the hacienda is one of the favorites. Also of note, the five ways in which rainbow trout, (also hatched in the Reserve), is prepared, has given NIRVANA an important and delicious place in on the culinary tourism map.

 

The dining room service is offered from Tuesday to Saturday, Sundays and holidays. Monday (except holidays) service is only available by reservation. For group bookings during weekdays, please allow a minimum of at least one hour.
